Q1: Can I have a sample order for led light?
A: Yes, we welcome your sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable too.
Q2: What about the lead time?
A: Sample needs 3-5 days. The lead time of mass production will depend on the quantity but we usually arrange shipment in 1-2 weeks.
Q3: Are you a manufacturer?
A: Yes, we have our own factory and professional engineers to meet your requirements.
Q4: What is the Warranty for our lamps and how to deal with it when problem occurs?
A: About 1~3 years depend on the driver. You can rest assure to trust our products quality and this situation happens rarely, because we have a strict testing system to guarantee the quality, making sure our customers to get the perfect products. But if it happens, you may need to send us some details of the failed products with picture. Once we confirm it is kind of Quality issue from our part, we will send you replacement within your next shipment.
