ALUMINIUM
All of our aluminium profiles came with plastic covers in clear transparent , frosted or milky options, providing an easy mounting:
1.fix the aluminium profile
2.tape the LED strip inside
3.insert the cover from the top
This is the best mounting option for inside cabinet walls and other limited spaces. Moreover, you will get a superior thermal design on top!
Our aluminium product line includes aluminium profiles for surface, recessed and suspended mounting options. For surface mount, we always use spring steel clips to avoid the breakage of plastic clips. All our aluminium profiles are made of aluminium alloy 6063 and are anodized.
PLASTIC
We have a long history with plastic profiles, we know how to create linear profiles that have the smooth lighting effect of fluorescent tubes, while also avoiding the “dot effect” of LEDs, by using optical batches during the extrusion.
All of our plastic profiles are made of PMMA (acrylic), some covers for the aluminium profiles are made of PC.
All PMMA profiles are manufactured using a high temperature batch, which increases the softening temperature from 85ºC to 125ºC. We are presumably the only manufacturer in China offering this as a standard.
Some profiles are made as co-extrusions to offer you a wide selection and combination of colors and diffusers. Some profiles are made using softening /high impact/ light-tight chalk /optical/ frosted batches or a combination of these- all on top of the high temperature batch! With proper sealing, our plastic profiles offer an IP54 protection as well.
