Q1: What are payment terms for new customers?
A: Usually we make transaction via alibaba trade assurance, after we set up an order, you can pay with credit card, visa, E-checking, western union or T/T.
Q2: Do I need solder when receive the lights? does it come with instruction?
A: You needn't solder when you receive the lights, in the package it will have instrcution paper, all of our lights come with free assembly.
Q3: What about the lead time?
A: for order under 50 sets, we can ship in 7 days after payment made.
for order more than 100 sets, we can ship in 12 days after payment made.
Q4: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive.
Ship air to door takes around 15 days.
Q5: Can I print my logo on the fixture ?
A: Yes, we can print your logo on PCB board and heatsink.
Q6: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: We offer 1 year warranty on PCB board and 5 years on driver.

A: You can click start order, choose color spectrum and quantity, then fill your delivery address and phone number, confirm your order, make payment, we can arrange delivery in 2 working days once received payment.
