Question 1: Can I have samples, how long will I get them?
Answer: Yes, we welcome you to test our samples, please place samples order on Alibaba, normally we could send out samples within one day by Alibaba express, you could check the logistics record anytime, and the express takes 3~7 days.
Question 2: Can we design our own color logo, color boxes and outter cartons?
Answer : Sure, we are a factory for OEM&ODM, normally we accept customized packaging 1000pcs for floor lamps, 2000pcs for desk lamps, if you are insist on smaller quantity, we can add some costs, for the packaging factory will charge extra costs from us as well.
Question 3: Does your company attend lighting show, can we meet you there?
Answer: Yes, we attend Guangzhou Lighting fair, Hongkong lighting fair every year. And we attended Frankfurt Exhibition, household products. Before the show, we will send every client ever communicated a invitation. Hope we could meet you soon.
Question 4: Our market needs certificates that you don't have, can we get them if we placed order from you?
Answer: Now we have CCC, CE, RoHS, FCC, MSDS, ETL(for adaptor), SAA. There certificates are suitable for most countries. As our products are all power supplied by USB, with ETL for adaptor will also available for USA markets. If you still need other certificates, if you are willing to take the costs, we will just sell our products for you in your market.
Question 5: I have some ideas about your products, can you make some adjustments?
Answer: We are welcome any good ideas, we know that different styles suitable for defferent markets, it's our honor to cooperate with you to develop a product and a market.
Question 6: We are looking for a factory which could produce our own design, can you do that?
Answer: Yes, we have a good engineering team, evan our boss is a specialist. We have experience on this, and we will make sure that this products will only for you.
Question 7: Can we visit your factory?
Answer: Sure, our factory is located in Yuhang District, Hangzhou City, it is very near from Shanghai. We have passed BSCI audition, and this year 2019, we are going to get ISO9001 for real, our team is very passionate, we believe that it's gonna be fun of your trip.
