For quality,we have full experience of quality control more than 13 years for international trade and build 3 independent quality control systems.
For delivery, we have small stock for most products for the "Ready to Ship" on line order and sample require. According to our production plan,the customized order will be 30-40 days and it depends on your confirmation process too.
What is the difference of "Ready to Ship" on line order and customized order ?
For "Ready to Ship" order,it is our standardized products,which you can not change anything (packing,product data,color......).The delivery is fast (15 days maximum) and by express way normally like DHL,UPS , FEDEX,ALIBABA Express.....So please read it carefully before "Start to Order",especial for the item color,battery information.But we can print your label and stick it on the packing to comply with your local law. And this service is free !
For customized order,the products are produced according to your requires and standard by negotiated. OEM,ODM is OK too. You just tell us your idea and we can open the mold exclusive for you too. So the delivery time is longer (35-40 days normally). If to open an exclusive mold,it will take around 60-70 days.

If you have any questions,please contact us freely ! It is high appreciated and all reply will be within 24 hours of China working day. We should comply with the law and our colleague need to spent time with their family and friends one weekend and holiday.
1.The destination local TAX is not included into order amount !
In some country,some time,the receiver may need to pay the destination Customs Tax and the TAX level is different for different country.
TIPS:We suggest your first order amount is not over US$1000.0,if you do not know the policy from your Customs.So the TAX amount is small,even if the TAX is required.
2.Notice for India Buyers. VERY IMPORTANT !!!
For India buyers,please make sure you can follow the below instruction before order. Or you may face the lose after delivery.
A. For private (individual )goods.
The receiver must supply the ID number / Aadhar Number or PAN (Permanent Account Number) / Passport Number / KYC (Certificated Address) and the ID or Passport copy and POA ( Customs Clearance Power of Attorney ) for Customs Record.
B.For Company goods.
Besides the above documents for private goods,the receiver also have to supply the GSTIN (VAT number) / Import&Export Certificate /PAN and POA for the carrier to make the goods Customs Clearance.
C.If you can not do the above works,please do not confirm the order. Or the parcel will be detained by Customs and bring you lose. So Please contact us at first freely,we will try the best to help you.
D.TIPS:
