Q: Do you charge for making sample?
A: Yes, we do. We need to pay designing team salary and everything related to the sample like materials, printing, embroidery and modeling cost if necessary, etc.
Q: How much is the sample charge?
A: Sample charge will be collected before we start to make your samples, the prices will vary according to the complexity.
Normally it is $100∼$200USD/design (Size≤40cm. Freight charge is additional). 2 PCS of your samples can be provided.
If there are several designs, we will give you a reasonable discount accordingly, samples charges will vary.
Q: Will you refund it?
A: Yes. We will refund the sample fee when the first order qty reaches 1000PCS/design.
Q: What's the sample time?
A: Samples usually take about 5-7 working days but may vary depending on how many styles and the complexity of your samples. If your samples requires a lot of printing, embroideries, or other special requirements, it may take longer.
