1:Do you provide samples to test quality?
A: Yes ! we would like to offer free sample to test, you just pay the express charge fee .
2:Can you make the customized brand?
A: We are an OEM/ODM factory, we can make per customers’ formulation, or develop formulation per customer specific requirements or
sample, and we provide customized packaging materials based on customer artwork design.
3:Can we have our Logo or company name to be printed on your products or package?
A: Sure . Your Logo can be put on your products by Hot Stamping , Printing , Embossing , UV Coating , Silk-screen Printing or
Sticker.
4:Can I do my own brand in small quantity?
A:We accept small quantity OEM order providing that the bottle shape and product formula remain unchanged. The price will be
adjusted based on your quantity.
5:Does your product have any certificate authorized by authorities?
A: Certificate for factory: ISO9001:2000, GMPC, FDA China
Certificate for product: SGS, Intertek , MSDS, CFS, SASO, Health Certificate
If you need the special export certificate we can help you apply, but the application fee will on your account.
6:How long can I expect to get the sample?
A: The samples will be ready for delivery in 3-5days.
The samples will be sent via express and arrive in 3-5 days.
7:How long is the production lead time?
A:It takes 7-25days according to your finally quantity.
