Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Letter of Credit (LC), Telegraphic Transfer (TT), Western Union and other payment methods. Please check with us whether we can accept your preferred method of payment.
Q: What is the lead time to my orders?
A: 45 days (including non-woking days) on average. Lead time depends greatly on the size of the order and customs clearance.
Q: Will my orders be trackable?
A: Yes, all orders are traceable. A shipping number will be provided upon shipment.
Q: Do your products come with a warranty?
A: Yes, our products are insured during shipping and warranted for 1 year after installation.
Q: Is an extended warranty available?
A: Yes, but the customer will be additionally charged. We allow up to 10 years of extended warranty upon installation.
Q: Can you design products based on my ideas?
A: Yes, we can tailor-make your request. Contact us so we can discuss design, specification, and pricing.
Q: Can you produce products based on my designs?
A: Yes, we provide original equipment manufacturing (OEM) services. Please approach us for a quotation.
Q: May I request a sample before ordering?
A: Yes, we will provide samples for free. Shipping fees, however, must be paid by the customer. Contact us for a sample.
Q: Are returns or refunds accepted?
A: Both are not accepted. The customer must ensure they are satisfied with their selections prior to ordering. However, if the products are damaged upon arrival (fractured, shattered or chipped) or do not fulfill the indicated specifications(eg color), we will be happy to replace the affected products.
