A 12V70Ah Lead acid battery consist of a group of plates , positive and negative plates separated by separators which prevent short circuiting an electrolyte, the plastic container which is divided in 6 compartments to made up 12v. Electrolyte is dilute sulphuric acid and specific gravity of 1.280 (when fully charged). The plates play an important role which are made of composite of grid and active material. That is where the electric energy stored.
Batteries of series connection
If you need 24 volt for working you can connect two pieces batteries series like the way show on the left side.
Batteries of parallel connection
If you need 12 volt for working but need to power for longer time you can connect batteries parallel like the ways on the right side.
We know that the battery can be used as a power source to power us. How does the battery work? The two images below shows how can a lead acid battery can be rechargeable.
Mainly applied for electric systems, security systems, medical equipment, shipping systems, telecommunications equipment, various testing machines, radio transceiver, the banking uninterruptible power supply system, railway locomotives, railway communications, emergency lighting systems, small lamps, large UPS and computer backup power, fire extinguishing systems, electronic equipment ,solar power system (off-grid solar power system, solar street light system, solar garden light system) and wind power system, non-traction battery.
In the year of 2010 we import one automatic welding line.This machine do better performance and more efficiency than human beings. Besides it makes more friendly working environment.
Our staff is injecting electrolyte into a battery. Right now we have 4 such machines for small capacity batteries and we have another two for big capacity batteries.
Thousands pieces of batteries are waiting for electrolyte checking . If over filling the workers will use a straw to suck it up, if not enough electrolyte will add enough. Each piece battery are checked in this way to ensure the reliable quality.
