A 12V4.5Ah Lead acid telecom storage battery consist of a group of plates , positive and negative plates separated by separators which prevent short circuiting an electrolyte. Electrolyte is dilute sulphuric acid and specific gravity of 1.280 (when fully charged). The plates play an important role which are made of composite of grid and active material. That is where the electric energy stored.

Our staff is injecting electrolyte into a battery. Right now we have 4 such machines for small capacity batteries and we have another two for big capacity batteries.
Thousands pieces of batteries are waiting for electrolyte checking . If over filling the workers will use a straw to suck it up, if not enough electrolyte will add enough. Each piece battery are checked in this way to ensure the reliable quality.
