2. Do you have products in stock?
For most common items we have stock but we do not reserve all the items in the stock. If there is any stock, we will inform you of the details.
3. What the warranty term for your products?
All of our products have at least a 1-year warranty. Pls, provide us the pictures or videos if there is any quality problem during this period. We will replace a new one to you in the next order.
4. Can I visit you?

5. Do I need to send the defective products back to you for the warranty?
No, you don't need to send it back for warranty. Please contact us and we will email you a brochure, guiding you on how to ask for a warranty for the defective products. If any damage happens not caused by misuse or vandalism, then we'll send you a new one.
