A: You can provide us a sample, we will design the 3D drawing accordingly.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the samples for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.

A: Customer.
Q: Is it possible to know how's product going on without visiting your company?
A: We will offer the schedule of mold making, send reports with digital pictures or videos which showing the machining progress according to your schedule requirement.
Q: How to pack the moulds and products?
A: For moulds/tools, we will coat one-layer anti-rust oil and cover films on the mould/tool, then pack into fumigation wooden case.
