Q1: What is the warranty for the light?
A1: For LED light bar, we offer serious 18months warranty. If any quality problems happen with the light within the period, pls take some photos or a video to show us, then we will deal with it according to your situation(send new light or part in next order).

Q2: How about the waterproof performance of your light?
A2: Our lights had passed the waterproof and aging test before delivery. For this led light IP68 is approved.

Q3: Do you offer OEM service or Logo lasering service?
A3: Yes, we provide OEM service, but quantity is required. For Logo laser service, you can get it free .

Q4: What kind of package can you offer?
A4: Standard package and Customized Package is available. Quantity is required for Customized package, usually each model 500pcs.

Q5: How Long is the delivery date?
A5: Usually the lights can be shipped out within 1-3 working days if lights is in stock. If out of stock, normally it takes 5-7 working days. And 15-20 working days for bulk order.
