 1. Q: What is the quality standard? 

   ALL rhe emergency light in From OTC is full IEC compliant. Please don"t try to persuade OTC use Li-ion battery as battery system.   

   PS:  The engineer can remove your doubt based on IEC/ CE documents  clause by clause.

 

2. Q:  Does the R&D depart show solutons free of charge?

   

  A:  If just some doubt. Solutions are not needed. Free of charge.

           eg.  Why the sensor of my light run out so quickly,  How yours can confirm 4 years guarantee?

                   Why the battery of our emergency light die just 50 cycles.

 

   B:  If you need new solutions.

 

          Part 1;  Draft solution sheet is free.

                  a.   The construction solution sheet just with some Auto CAD 2D drawing.

                  b.   The PCB solution just with general description.

 

          Part 2;  Formal solution sheet cost need confirm with sales manager.

                  a.   The construction solution sheet together with 3D drawigns.

                  b.   The PCB in protel and show you the sample to prove the function
