A: the MOQ of Most of our product is 1pcs, but some item's MOQ is 5pcs/30pcs/100pcs
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

A: Yes. but the order quantity of each item need upto 50pcs. and please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q8: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Passun will only bear the charge of material of electrical parts for any
defective claim after installation within guarantee period.
