Q1. Can I have a sample order for led grow light?A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2. What about the lead time?A: Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time need about 3 weeks.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ request ?A: People could start with 1 piece for testing regular model, and we have MOQ request on customized product.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

How to proceed an order ?A:1. let us know your requirements or application; 2. we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions; 3. proforma invoice for your confirmation and deposit for formal order; 4. we arrange the production.5.Ship out the lights if stock available within 3 days after confirming your payment, and we will provide courier tracking number.
