Q1. Can I have a sample order for light?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2. What is the lead time?
A:Sample needs 3-5 days .It usually takes 30 to 35 days after sample confirmation and receiving your advance payment. The specificdelivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. If the item was non standard, we have to consider extra 10-15 days for tooling/would made.
Q3. What is your payment term ?
A:Dear customer, we can accept :1. 30%T/T in advance , balance against the copy of B/L 2. L/C at sight.

A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our
suggestions.Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order. Fourthly We arrange the production.
Q6. How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%. Secondly,
during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will
repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
Q7:Are you BSCI proved factory ? And have you passed any audits?
A:Dear customer, we are 9 years oem factory certificated with BSCI&ISO9001. We have passed some audits , BV.
Q8:.Do you accept color box packing when quantity is below MOQ ?
A:Dear customer , yes we can make it. But the cost of the printing plate fee will be included in unit price.
