Q1. Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are also acceptable.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A:Sample needs 3-10days, mass production needs 5-15 days after order confimed(deposit)
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for order?
A: Different goods different MOQ.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship samples by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-7 days to arrive.For mass produce cargo,
we will use FOB terms or by sea shipping
Q5. How to proceed an order?
A: Firstly, let us know your requirements or sepecifications /quantity/delivery location/peyment terms
Secondly, We quote according to your requirements.
Thirdly, customer confirms and arrange deposit payment to us.
Fourthly, we arrange the production and shippment.
Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on product?
A:Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Perhaps it will have additional charges of the LOGO print.
