Company has strong design capability and advanced machining equipment. There are 30 engineers in the R&D department including 1 certified MOLDFLOW analytical engineer. The factory is equipped with 3300t automatic injection, painting and assembly line. 3 sets of Taiwan made KEN 5-axis machines, 2 sets of graphite high speed machines exported from Japan, 2 sets of makino CNC horizontal machining center. 3 coordinates measuring machines, 10 numerical control millers, about 200 plastic injection machines with the range from 80 to 3200ton and other 100 lathes and sawing machines.
