A: Firstly, please take some related pictures and videos for our evaluation, once we confirmed it is quality issues, we will send new lights to you for replacing. Also, if necessary, please return the defective products back to us for analysis and repairing.

A: Normally 1-2 working days for samples, and within 25 working days for bulk order after receiving payment.
