A: Yes, We welcome your sample order, and we’re also willing to send you free sample to help us test and check quality. You only need to show your real grow journal to help our other customers to know more about it.
Q2: How many days can I get my package after placing order?
A: We arrange shipping in 24 business hours with 3-5 business days fast shipping method if stock is enough. If the area needs to be shipped from China, usually the shipping will take 7-10 bussiness days, considering the custom clearance time.

Q6: What shipping methods do you use?
A: AU Post or Direct Freight for shipments within Australia, UPS and Fedex for shipments within United States, Yodel for the United Kingdom, etc. As to international shipping from China, the lights will be shipped via Fedex, UPS, DHL, EMS, etc. If you would like to specify a shipping method or carrier, please let us know and we will do our best to arrange it for you.
