LED digital strip:
This LED digital strip is made by SMD5050 LEDs and UCS1903 IC parts. This part number is 3LEDs with a pixel. Each pixel has 256 grey levels. It constants lots of different kinds consisting of LED quantities. At present we can make DC5V and 12V. This LED light is widely used and LED display screen is possible if by DMX controller.
The packing unit is " Roll ". We usually do 5 meters in a roll.

♦ IP68: LEDs filled with glue/epoxy in silicon tube.
Super bright SMD5050 LED:
SUNRISE adopts SMD5050 22-24lm/LED for top quality with low current to reach super bright, so it's better to prolong LED's lifespan.
Low brightness SMD5050 LED:
Some adopts SMD5050 10-12lm/LED for high quality with high current to reach super bright, but it seriously effects LED's lifespan.
SUNRISE good FPC board:
Adopting FPC board with double layers and pure copper material much better electrical conductivity and heat conductity for longer lifespan.
Bad FPC board:
Some adopt FPC board with single layer, shortened the lifespan of the light.
SUNRISE solder joint:
We take lead-free tin paste, friendly environmental and solder joints are not being oxidized.
Bad solder joint:
Some use common tin paste, not friendly environmental, and the solder joints are easier to be oxidized.

We adopt suitable roller for one roll, just enough room for 5 meters, small packing space and saving cost.
