Not all wavelengths are good for plants. In general, red + blue is enough for plants growth. Adding little green with be pleasant for human eyes, but High CRI ≠ High Efficiency. Red (660nm) should be strengthen when green added.

PPFD (Photosynthetic Photon Flux Density) is a measure of the number of photons in the 400-700nm range of the visible light spectrum (Photosynthetic Active Radiation or PAR) that fall on a square meter of target area per second.

2) Put the lights in a fixed position, ensure lamps and top 1 "distance, can not block the vents. this will ensure ample Air flow for maximum heat dispersion.
3) Use with a properly grounded outlet only.
4) For primary lighting, position the light 10"-20"from the top of the canopy . ideal positioning will vary depending upon plant size ,strain and species .Supplemental lighting solutions can be used such as a T5 or HPS and would be ideal at 15"-25" from the canopy.
5) Do not stare directly at the LED diodes when unit is powered without proper protection
