Working Principle

A1:Yes.Sample cost can be refunded if you place formal orders in the future. You just need to advise consignee’s contact information and courier account Number. If you don’t have a courier account,we will calculate freight cost for you and prepay it.

A2: Usually we don’t have MOQ issue for standard HAN STAT brand units.If you need OEM or ODM service,we’ll have a MOQ of 300PCS for device and MOQ of 800PCS for the package.But we’re very flexible.Any trial order whose quantity is lower than our MOQ is also welcome.
