A4:Yes.Sample cost can be refunded if you place formal orders in the future. You just need to advise consignee"s contact information and courier account Number. If you don"t have a courier account,we will calculate freight cost for you and prepay it.
Q5:What"s your MOQ?
A5: Usually we don"t have MOQ issue for standard HAN STAT brand units.If you need OEM or ODM service,we"ll have a MOQ of 300PCS for device and MOQ of 800PCS for the package.But we"re very flexible.Any trial order whose quantity is lower than our MOQ is also welcome.
