Q: Do you have your own factory?
A: Yes, we have. Our factory located in Guangdong Province, China When you come to China, we could show you around then.
Q: How can I visit your factory?
A: Before you take off from your country, please let us know. We will arrange time to pick you up.
Q: Could you print our company LOGO on the nameplate and package?
A: Yes, we accept OEM orders.
Q: How is your warranty terms?
A: 1 years warranty, Any non-arbitray factors of damaged part can be replaced free of charge ( shipping cost pay by buyer) (SOLAR
PANEL/RECHARGEABLE BATTERY/2 LED BULB/USB CABLE is not included by warranty scope)
Q: How long it can used
A: Around 10 years. (Just replaced battery one time every 1year)
Q: How long the battery last?
A: Our battery can last about at least 1 years with proper maintenance. To maximize the life span of the battery, it is best to
recharge the battery by fully discharged at the first time.
Q: Do I need a charger for my battery?
A: No the batteries in your solar unit is charged by the solar panel. The batteries must be charged properly prior to intial use
by turning the switch to the "off" position and placing the solar lights in direct sunlight for 3 to 4 consecutive sunny days.
Q: How long does the LED last?
A: You should never have to replace the LED bulb in your solar light. LED's will run up to 100,000 hours. LED's are not
replaceable.
