Q1. Can I have a sample order for led light?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A: Order under 1000pcs and without OEM service will be sent out within 2 days. OEM service order or quantity order over 1000pcs will be sent out within 10 days
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available. OEM order quantity need 1000pcs MOQ(laser logo is not limited)
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q5. How to proceed an order for led light?
A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly We arrange the production.
Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 1 years warranty to this smart sensor LED Lamp
Q8: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less
than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For
defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution
including re-call according to real situation.
Payment Terms
1.) For Sample order: PayPal ,T/T ,Western Union, We only accept full payment in advance, and we would send out the products in 2 days(Samples in stock)
For big order: T/T, 30% advance payment, and the 70% balance payment shall be made before shipping.Packing and delivery
Size: 365*265*210mm(K=K)/100PCS/12.7KG, Kraft paper without any words inner box for every pieces of lamp, and neutral label.
We usually deliver the sample order via Express, like DHL, TNT, FedEx etc. Delivery time will be around 3-7 days
For big order, we can deliver by air or by sea as your request.
MOQ and Leadtime
1.) No MOQ for regular packing. We have around 2000 pcs in stock. If your order quantity is under 2000pcs and do not need OEM service(but can laser your logo on the lamp), the lead time is within 2 days.
2.) 1000 pcs for OEM Service. OEM Service include: Offer Color box as you designed, Laser your logo etc. Lead time will be around 10 working days.
Warranty
We offer one year warranty for this smart sensor LED Lamp. If there are problems cased by any non-artificial reasons, we can send you new replacements for free. You just need to send us pictures, our engineers will analyse the reason.
