It is an Automatic Battery Electrode Rolling Press System with precision digital pressure control in a compact footprint. It integrates tension controlled feeding and winding devices together with Pressure Controlled Electric Rolling Machine to achieve attention-free electrode rolling & pressing with the 200mm max-width. It is a perfect tool for building prototypes  of new generation rechargeable batteries to prepare electrode sheets at consistent and repeatable rolling conditions.  

Function:

1) With constant pressure and limited gap pressing mode, the intermittently coated battery electrode can be pressed continuously. Pressure is stable, roll cylindricity is high, rolling plate is even and deformation is small. Greatly improve production efficiency and reduce workload;

2) With deviation correction tension control unwinding;

3) With deviation correction tension control winding;

Features:

All rolls are made of high-strength and high-hardness rolls, with the hardness reaching HRC62-63. The roller material is 9Cr2Mo which is high-hardness and high-performance. After heat treatment, the material is frozen. The surface quenching layer is deep and the performance is stable.
