Intelligent control system

Tension control system

  • The pole piece buffer is 2.4m, and the winding is matched with the production speed;
  • The driving mechanism and the needle pulling the synchronous movement to control the tension of the battery core and improve the winding speed;
  • Positive and negative winding tension: (100 ~ 1000g) ± 5 percent adjustable;
  • Positive and negative film unwinding tension: Electrical proportional valve 100~1000g adjustable (digital display);
  • Diaphragm unwinding tension: (100g ~ 400g) ± 5 percent adjustable.
  • Electric proportional valve and low friction cylinder are used as the execution feedback mechanism, and the AB control system and servo synchronous control technology and variable tension algorithm are used to control the tension fluctuation ≤±10 percent.

Separator, electrode unwinding system

  • The material roll is fixed by mechanical expansion shaft and operated by jog button;
  • Direct drive by servo motor, program control automatic unwinding;
  • The diaphragm coil is connected to the correcting motor through the ball screw, and the position of the reference edge of the pole piece is automatically ensured according to the signal of the precision correcting sensor;
  • Retractable material tension mechanism control, automatic detection of coil diameter, running with constant tension, winding tension 100~1000g adjustable, constant tension or variable tension winding
  • The unwinding is stable, and the automatic measurement of the winding diameter of the coil can be realized.

Correction system

  • Automatic unwinding correction accuracy <0.15mm, response speed <2 milliseconds;
  • Automatic pole piece travel correction accuracy <0.1mm, response speed <2ms.
  • Automatic pole piece front correction accuracy <0.1mm, response speed <2ms.
  • Positive and negative poles adopt multi-stage correcting mechanism (three or more), and the correcting method adopts unwinding and hanging shaft movement, serpentine roller swing, and nip roller drive (quantitative adjustment of nip roller pressure), through three-stage correction And high-precision sensor full-closed feedback control to ensure the alignment of the pole piece and the pole piece, the pole piece and the diaphragm.
  • Positive and negative plates and diaphragm correction can realize on-line detection of the alignment of the pole piece and diaphragm, and automatically eliminate the defective products.

Dust pelletizing system

  • Use non-contact air knife brush dust removal technology to thoroughly remove dust from both sides of the positive and negative electrodes.
  • The positive and negative poles are cut off by the air duct circuit type dust removal technology, so that the dust that has been cut off is sucked out through the turbulent flow guiding circuit, and the dust removal effect is good.
  • The winder is equipped with a super-strong vacuum cleaner for negative pressure dust removal.
  • Through the air knife and turbulent guiding circuit dust removal technology, it is ensured that the dust is removed and the short circuit of the battery core is avoided due to dust particles.

Tape supply and welding mechanism

  • One set of positive electrode supply and welding mechanism, including the ear supply mechanism, the ear cutting mechanism, the feeding ear mechanism, the tab welding mechanism, the ear position correction, and the ear pocket small glue mechanism;
  • 2 sets of negative pole supply and welding mechanism, including ear supply mechanism, ear cutting mechanism, feeding ear mechanism, tab welding mechanism, tab position correction, and tab embossing mechanism;
  • The ear welding mechanism uses the ultrasonic welding machine for the ear welding. The welding is automatically welded according to the position of the coating. The welding time, pressure, stroke and speed are adjustable. The precision adjustment and buffering of the welding cylinder ensure the smoothness of the welding.
  • The positive electrode joint is 3*35mm strip welding, and the negative electrode head is 3*4*24mm four-point welding, and the welding is clear. At least 70 percent of the solder paste is stuck with foil.
  • The life of the negative electrode welding head (double-sided) ≥ 200,000 times;
  • Positive welding head life (double sided) ≥ 500,000 times;
  • Solder stand life: positive electrode ≥ 1.6 million times (sum of 8 faces), negative electrode ≥ 800,000 times (sum of 8 faces);
  • The ear cuts the horizontal and vertical burrs ≤0.01mm;
  • The welding strength of the pole piece and the tab: use the dynamometer test in the horizontal direction of the pole piece, the welding tension is ≥20N, and there is residual foil material on the pole ear;
  • Life of the tape cutter: ≥ 1.5 million times.

Testing mechanism for tape

Optical fiber detection, if the tape protection glue is not affixed, single roll is excluded;

Tape sticking mechanism

  • Including glue correction mechanism, adhesive paper unwinding mechanism, glue opening mechanism, adhesive paper clamp, adhesive paper suction block;
  • The adhesive tape is automatically attached with protective tape according to the coating position, and the precision is high;
  • The life of adhesive paper cutter is ≥ 2 million times.

Tape paste detection mechanism

Use the color label sensor to detect the missing adhesive and exclude the single volume.

Electrode feeding and cutting mechanism

  • Using servo motor feeding and mechanical cam type slicing to improve efficiency, both use software control synchronization function to share one tact time, achieving higher efficiency and precision;
  • Adopt cam type electrode cutting mechanism to synchronously chase and improve winding efficiency.
  • The electrode is cut flat, no powder is dropped, the horizontal and vertical burrs are ≤10μm, the service life of the electrode cutter is >1 million times, the whole cutter is disassembled, and the grinding is convenient.

Winding and changing position mechanism

  • Three sets of winding head turntable structure;
  • The life of the needle is not less than 2 million times (three months replacement under normal use);
  • The shifting motor and the feeding robot motor move synchronously;
  • Anti-collision function: Through the multi-program interlocking and self-locking functions of each station such as sensor detection and needle-in-place detection, the anti-collision function of the reel is realized when changing the position.

Separator shutdown mechanism

Cutting knife life ≥2 million times (ceramic diaphragm cutting knife life >.6 million times)

The finishing and sticking mechanism

  • The pressure of the finishing pressure roller is adjustable, and the rubber preparation mechanism is prepared with glue. The pressure roller is pressed and pressed on the end of the battery core. There is no rubber paper force when the glue is applied, and the glue is uniform and the plastic paper wrinkles will not occur.

Automatic blanching mechanism

  • Hole diameter: 3.0mm~3.5mm;
  • Number of hot needles: 14;
  • Adopt belt drive device, the hot needle is repeatedly heated by 2 times to ensure the heating temperature is passed by the hot hole robot to the hot needle. After the hot needle is kept at 4 stations, the material is transferred to the belt line. The temperature controller controls the constant temperature of the hot needle, the iron hole is good, no diaphragm or battery core breakage, no rebound, the pass rate of hot hole is 99.9 percent.

Short circuit measuring mechanism

  • The short-circuit mechanism can perform short-circuit test function on two batteries at the same time, record bad batteries, and remove bad batteries. The voltage can be set between 100 and 500V during the test. The test resistance can be set from 50 to 500 MΩ. The test will not damage the cell and the tape.

Defective elimination mechanism

  • A detector (detecting both sides) that can detect the tape attached to the pole piece coating position is automatically determined to be a joint or a bad electrode when the tape is detected;
  • When winding a poor electrode, only the defective electrode and the separator group are automatically discharged, and can be arbitrarily set as a electrode unit in front of or behind the single-roll defective electrode unit; (bad and pre-standard 1 single roll, 1 defective single mark and 1 bad single mark, 1 before and after bad mark and 1 for each bad mark)
  • There is a real-time display of the edge detection value of the electrode, which can shield the green rubber and tape.

Production data communication function

  • Data collection of data collection items (in addition to the list) is collected and processed and stored in the PLC or data logger of the device.
  • Establish an external data communication server and local network, and save the collated data in order (supplied) to the server. Communication specifications: TCP/IP LAN (100BASE-TX: Ethernet) EtherCat;
  • In the data communication server, the data collected by each device can be counted. (The software is Microsoft Excel);
  • Support Ether Net TCP/IP EtherCat communication protocol;
