It is designed for welding stacked electrode sheets and tabs onto current collectors to prepare Li-ion pouch cells & cylindrical cells in R&D laboratories.2. TMAX-DH1000 ultrasonic metal welder machine is mainly used for Al can battery Al-Ni composite strip tab welding on Al shell for finished cell with New designed mould.
3. It can also weld Al can battery Al shell weld tab before battery finished with changing aluminum shell welding mould.
