Features
TMAX-Six in one is suitable for the assembly process of small size flexible packaging lithium batteries. The equipment adopts manual loading, and the 6-station turntable automatically completes the top sealing, side sealing, corner sealing, Hipot short-circuit test and automatic blanking and defective product screening of the battery packaging; the equipment is one out of one layout.
Process
Applicable to the top seal, side seal, corner seal, test, automatic cutting and NG sorting process of flexible packaging lithium battery. After winding, the battery core is manually placed into the aluminum plastic film packaging case, and the aluminum alloy film is manually placed into the fixture, and the double start button is pressed and rotated 60 degrees to enter the top seal, the side seal, the corner seal, After the insulation test, automatic cutting, and NG sorting, the clamp automatically opens the clamp, and the robot automatically takes out the battery core and puts it into the running water belt.
