2. Do not disassembly or repair the led flashlight yourself.

3. Remove the battery if it is not in used for long a time and keep it in dry place.

Q1:Are you a factory or trading company ?

   We are a factory located in  Yiw City 

Q2. Can I have a sample order for the flashlight ? 

    Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q3. What about the lead time ?

    Usually sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 30 days. 

Q4. Do you have any MOQ limit for flashlight order ?

    1PC for sample checking is available.  And for mass production order, depends on different items, 

      please inquire our salesman for the details.

Q5. How to proceed an order for the flashlight ?

      Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
     Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
     Thirdly customer confirms the samples and then place order online. We will also provide P/I for your confirmation of        each details in order. 30% deposit is required to start the production.

     Fourthly We arrange the production. 

     During the production, our salesmen will keep contact with clients for reporting the process.

     Fifthly we will help clients to do inspection and provide an inspection report.

     Then if QC pass, we will help clients to book shipment. 

     After booking shipment, clients will pay the 70% balance to us.

Q6. Is it ok to print my logo on the flashlight ?

    Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

     Please provide logo file with ai. or psd. form.

     As for the logo fee, please inquiry our salesman for details as we will quote according to your logo design.

Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the products ?

    Yes, we offer 1 year warranty to our products.
