A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally
registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

A: Generally, it will take 24 to 72 hours after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

A: There are two ways for customers to get our samples.
First way:
We can supply the free sample, but the customers have to pay the freight cost.

Customer must pay total amount of samples, but we will deduct total amount of the samples at your next order.

Q9. Is it OK to print my logo on our product or to customize my package box?
A: We provide a free service of them, but we require one minimizing quantity of them. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

1. Due to the production process of the product, the solder that joints of the base of the lamp have different level of blackness (black residue caused by welding) and rust. Thus, It is normal situation what is not a defective or a fake product.
2. The seller announced product parameters are calculated through comprehensive factors such as Lux, lumen, and lighting distance.
3. Each person's vision is little different, and it is affected by different models, vehicle conditions, lamp bowl cover design and other factors. So, we cannot provide return and exchange due to inconsistency with expected results after installation.
4. Due to the complexity of the models of bulbs in different cars, the models of our bulbs recommended by our customer service staffs who based on your car model for one reference only.
Signing instructions.
1. Buyers should not rush to sign when receiving the courier package. Before signing, please check whether the outer packaging is intact, whether there is liquid leakage, and check the type and quantity of the goods according to the commercial invoice.
Especially the non-person receive before received, he/she pays more attention to check the integrity of the outer box. So, please avoid to cause loss.
2. If you have any questions on your packages, please contact our company's service staffs or sellers timely, and we will help you to deal with it as soon. The goods that have been signed represent your approval of its type, quantity, and packaging. So, the delivery staff will no longer bear any responsibility, and the company will no duty on the loss of non-compliance, lack, or damage.
