1. Technology overview
Unionlux Stage Lighting LED series offers a complete lighting solution, optical design and LEDs packaging for high performance illumination applications. The power covers from 100W to 1,500W, and the output is equivalent from 10,000lm to over 100,000lm. We can provide the major color temperatures and color rendering to make the lighting solutions with maximum efficacy, brightness and overall quality.
The ABF100 have compact design and excellent heat management. As a light engine, its stable performance make product highly competitive.

3. Optical and Electrical Characteristics
The following diagrams and parameters of the product is only provided for reference(all measurement base on TA=25℃). Actual curves will vary slightly for the various radiant fluxes, input power and dominant wavelength bins of LEDs.
Typical Spectrum
Relative output Flux vs. Forward Current
Forward Voltage vs. Forward Current
Color Temperature vs. Thermistor Temperature, IF =4A
Relative output Flux vs. Thermistor Temperature, IF=4A
CRI(Ra) vs. Thermistor Management, IF =4A
4. Thermal Management
Proper thermal management is critical for successful operation of any LED system. Excess operating temperature can reduce the light output of the device. And excessive heating will cause permanent damage to the device. Please design the proper thermal management system for your product.
4.1 Thermal management system sketch
The thermistor is closed to one of LEDs, the relation between the thermistor temperature and junction temperature show as chapter 3.
4.2 Thermistor Information
The thermistor is from MURATA Manufacturing Co. and the global part number is NCP21XV103J03RA. Please browse http://www.murata.com/ or http://www.murata.co.jp for details on calculating thermistor temperature.
5. Optical Characteristics
Proper optical system is critical for successful lighting fixture. Unsuitable optical system for the LED light source module will reduce the light output and the uniformity of the device.
