A4: Yes, we do provide OEM and ODM services cause have a professional team having rich experience in lighting field. Just tell us your ideas, and we will carry out into perfect lighting solutions. And at present, we are doing ODM business with some famous European brands which assisted them won their market.
Q5:Can we buy sample for testing?
A5:Yes, sample order is welcomed. We believe that our products can bring you a new feeling.
Q6: How to deal with the faulty?
A6: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the lowest defective rate is under control.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
Q7:What’s your MOQ?
A7:Our MOQ is 50pcs but the more qty your buy the more better price you will get.
Q8:Can you advise the LED chip brand you use?
A8:Yes, most of our products use CITIZEN chip , but if need with good qty we can also use other brand as you request.
Q9:What’s your warranty of the fixture?
A9:Our standard products warranty is 3 years, if need 5 years or longer warranty we will make it for you.
Q10:What the certificates your products have passed?
A10:Most of our products passed CCC, CE, RoHS and etc. If need other certificates we can make the test as well.
Q11:Do you have any UL certificate?
A11:We don’t have UL certificate to our lamps, but we can offer the UL certification to the components.
Q12:Can I have the products with special finishing color?
A12:Yes, we can do cooperate with you and provide ODM service based on your inquiry if have good qty.
Q13:What is the lead time for the order?
A13:Our lead time for the order is 20-25days.
Q14:What is the lead time for the sample?
A14:Our lead time for the sample is 7-15days.
Q15:What brands of LED drivers you can supply? How long is the life span?
