Answer: Yes, we do provide you with the free sample, but only small size free sample. If you order the big size sample, you should pay us, but I will have a discount with you to ensure you get the sample inexpensive. For sample things we normally deal with EXW.

Answer: The main products are light box, LED light tube now, but if you have bulk order for writing board, we will do that for you…
Question 3.Does your company make the aluminum frame light box? What’s the maximum size?
Answer: Yes, We can make the aluminum frame acrylic faced light box; the maximum size is 1220mm*2440mm.
Question 4.What is so called backlit type light box?
Answer: Backlit type light box is also aluminum alloy frame, but the surface is not acrylic, it’s fabric. At the same time the LED bar is fixed at the back of the light box instead of the edgelit.It’s mainly used for large size. The aluminum alloy frame itself has different thickness, 6/8/10/12cm. Every thickness matches the different usage.
Question 5.For samples, How many days can we get our products?
Answer: 3 or 5days, we will have a delivery.

Answer: No, The shape is customized. You choose that.
