Our bulb factory is experienced for over 30years, its predecessor was a Taiwan bulb factory. It’s one of the largest lamp producing base in China, with 25000 standard workshops, more than 30 automatic production lines and more than 500 employees. It mainly manufactures and sells common incandescent bulbs, oven bulbs, electric appliance lamps, colored bulbs, energy saving lamps, halogen lamps and special bulbs, such as reflex bulbs, ball shape bulbs, candle shape bulbs, mushroom shape bulbs, indicator bulbsetc. It produces 120million bulbs per year, and its annual sales volume is about CNY 200million.
Vacuum or injection with inactive gas, G45(P45),A55(A15),A60(A19) is alternative with frostedbulbshell. To guarantee bulbs can pass Whirlpool Thermal circle test in 300°C high temperature circumstance, we use imported glue, high-temperature resistant tin welding and other high-temperature resistant materials and designs.
