Basic Information Of Steel Tower
Our manufactures have got a lot of production licenses and qualifications, and can produce transmission line tubular steel tower, lattice angle steel tower and all kinds of galvanized steel. High resistive galvanized stainless steel is used in their manufacturing process to ensure high resisitivity againstcorrosion,heat, humidity etc.
Our towers have different voltage levels, including 10,35,110,130,132,220,330,400,500,750,800,1000 kv. We can produce 138000 tons of various types of tower yearly.
Lincoln automatic submerged arc welding machine is used to accomplish the welding of thick materials and the seam can be welded at once. CNC intersecting line cutting machine is used to do material cutting. So the spare parts have a high machining and assembly precision.
We have imported electric-controlled hot-dip galvanizing production line(14*2.5*1.8 m³) and gas hot-dip galvanizing production line (14*2.6*3.5 m³) from Germany. The color of zinc coating is bright, its surface is even and smooth, and zinc has good adhesion. Anticorrosion guarantee is 20 to 30 years.
Inspecting equipments and monitoring measures are complete. We can guarantee the tower’s physical property and assembly dimension.
Moreover, these towers are delivered in various design and with different technical specifications. It depends on the nature of applications in which they have to be used. Each type has its own merits & demerits depending on application. You can choose any type of towers.
