Q1: Sample Free
> First sample or mixed samples are free of course, but courier needs to be charged.
Q2: Warranty & Replacement
> Warranty: Our bulb is for 15 months; our fitting is for 36 months at least, because it includes the delivery time.
> Replacement: If bulb and fitting broken, we will replace directly once customer provides the broken items under the warranty.
> Advanced replacement: depends on current status, we will send engineer to help customer to replace and teach them. So they could replace themselves.
Q3: MOQ
> Bulb: 300 pcs, but it is " Industrial " box.
> Fitting: 50 pcs.
Q4: Certification
> CE, RoHS, Energy Star, EMC, FCC, UL. (Basic)
Q5. LED chip source
> Our standard is " SANAN ".
Q6. Manufacturer or Trader
> Factory we are.
Q7. OEM or ODM Service
>Everyone says they could do OEM & ODM.
Differently, we could not only provide OEM & ODM, but the " DIALux simulation " program and pre-test.
>Customization of lighting and package: Depends on customer's need to sketch and modeling after discussion.
>Customization of printing on color box: 3000 pcs of bulk order, it will be FOC. Otherwise, it's "$0.2" per color box.
Q8. Lead-time
> Samples: within 1 week.
> Bulk Order: 1 month for predictable order, 7 weeks for unpredictable order.
Q9. Payment term
> TT, L/C, West Union, Alibaba online trade, we accept. Also could use offline transaction.
> Depends on buyers, our standard price is FOB, but if you need EXW etc. it's acceptable as well.
>> Bulk Order: 30% down payment, 70% rest before shipment.
Q10. Delivery time
> Delivery time:
>> Customer's forwarder: it will depends on different countries but normally between 3 to 6 weeks excludes clearance.
>> Express: DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc. It will take around 3-5 days.
