We are project oriented company, and prefer to offer service from begining of any project, assistance/support will be available for lighting design and tendering document preparation.

All orders are processed off line. Both T/T and L/C are accepted for payment.
Q6. How long is the delivery?
The general production of professional lights vary from four to six weeks. We have regular stock of lamps/led tubes/downlights/drivers etc.
Q5. Can I get all shipping documents ?
Invoice, Packling List, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Quality, Bill of Lading are available.
Warranty letter and other special documents are at request.
Q7. How do I claim if there's any failure of lights?
You may send us photos and images before sending back the lights, claims are made through us under warranty period, which varies from 6 months to 5 years. Pls contact us for terms and conditions of warranty.
