Q1. Can the products be customized?
A: Yes. We have Experienced and professionnal research and development group, our engineers will adjust the ratio according to customers' requirement.
Q2. Can I have my own brand name printed on the product?
A: Yes, of course. Your Logo can be made on your custom products;Also, custom colors are ok. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q3. How to guarantee the delivery punctually?
A:We have a first-class production line, a strong team of workers.We can send products in 5 days for the products which we keep in stock.Customized products can be shipped within 45 days after sample Recognition
Q4. Do you have any MOQ limit for the products?
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.(For stock product)
Q5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT ect. It usually takes 5-7 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are also optional.
Q6: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 1%.Secondly,
during the guarantee period, we will send new product in new order with small quantity.Or we can discuss the solution according to real situation.
