Q2: Can we customize the product?
A: We provide you with a professional design team, including product design and packaging design, you only need to provide requirements. We will send the completed documents to you for confirmation before arranging production.
Q3: What's the delivery time?
A: We have 50,000 products in stock usually. All products will be sent within 3days after payment received. customized product will take 5-10days.
Q4: Why the product warranty is 2 years? I need to change the lamp after 2 years?
A: The industrial standard warranty is 2 years.
And It doesn’t mean the lamp lift span is 2 years, it mean we will provide related after sales service freely during this 2 years. The lamps could still work well after 2 years normally.
Q5: How does your factory do regarding to quality control?
A: We have related record to monitor IQC and QC, all lamps will have 24-72 hours aging test before packing and delivery.
Q6: What Certificates do you have?
A: Our products have been tested by CE and RoHS Sandards which is complied with the European Directive.
Q7: Do you have any after-sales service?
