1.What 's your payment methon?
In general,we use Paypal and Western Union for the total order less than US$ 500 in order to reduce the extra fee, T/T Bank Tranfer payment can be accepted for large order too.
2.How long will it take to execute my order ?
This depends on the order quantity.Our nornal delivery time is 5-7 working days.
3.How much will the shipping charges be ?
This will depend on the size of your shipment and the method of shipping.Whe inquiried about shipping charges,we hope that you let us know the detailed information such as the post code and quantity ,your favorable method of shipping (by air or by sea ) and your designated port or airport.
4.Do you provide samples ?
Yes ,we can provide samples of all the items listed.In general of facture rule, the sample cost and shipping cost will be in buyer side.We can send the sample by DHL,FEDEX,EMS and UPS .
5.Do you have products in stock?
For most common items we have stock but we could not reserve all the items in stock.If there is any in stock,we will inform you with details.
6.What the warranty term for your products?
All of our products have at least one year warranty in normal use. Please provide or video ia any quality problem during this period.We will replace a new one to you in the next order.
7.Can I visit you?
Sure ,please let us know if you wanna visit our factory ,we will arrange it for you.
8.Do I need to send the defective products back to you for warranty.
No,you don’t need to send it back for warranty for the defective products.If any damage happens not caused by misure or vandalism,then we ‘ll send you a new one.
