Q1:Are you a factory or a trading company?
A1:We are a factory with our own foundry, machining, assembly, test and packing.
Q2: What's the order procedure?
A2:First we discuss order details, production details by email or TM. Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do prepaid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 7-15days if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment.
Q3:Can I have a sample order for valve?
A3:Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable
Q4: Could I use my LOGO or design on goods?
A4: Yes,Customized logo and design on mass production are available.
Q5: What is the payment team?
A5: T/T, L/C at sight, Westerm Union, Paypal, Alibaba online orders, etc.
