Installation Method:
1.Unplug the headlight connector
2.Open the waterproof rubber cover
3.Open the fixed spring
4.Remove a broken light bulb
5.Replace the light bulb
6.Install a retaining spring
7.Put back the waterproof rubber cover
8.Plug back the headlight connector
About Maintain Suggestion:
1."light wane"occurs in all light bulbs, and the brightness will gradually decrease with the use. In order to ensure the safety of driving, please replace them in time.
2.Replace the headlights in pairs to ensure safe driving
3.It is recommended to replace the light bulb after two years of use.
4. Before using the bulb, use a small amount of alcohol to wipe.Please wear gloves when touching light bulbs.
5.The driving voltage shall be no higher than 12.8 volts. The voltage is too high or unstable, which will affect the service life of the bulb.
6.Sealing of lamp shall be guaranteed.Water or fog can affect the life of the bulb.
Please NOTE:
1. Please do not touch the shell of the bulb during installation, wear gloves and goggles during operation, and turn off the power supply. If the bulb is damaged,please do not use it.
2.Due to the production process,the welding spot of the lamp foot base will turn black and become rusty, which is a normal situation (black residue caused by electric welding). It is not defective or fake.
3.The official product parameters are calculated by LUX, LM,irradiation distance and so on.
