The profile calibrator made from imported steel and by precise processing ensures the precise and stable size of the profile, the ball screw cutting type ensures the cutting precision +/-1.0mm.

The extruder speed controled bu frequencu inverter, different size product used different model of the machine. vacuum table adopt stainless steel , water receiving disc, with domestic brand-name vacuum pump, for synchronous machine drive traction box section, automatic cylinder lifting,crawler type tractor, cutting length positioning the stroke switch, fixing length cutting, pneumatic turnover.
