Q1:What is your terms of packing?
A1:Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons,if separate foam cartons. If you have legally registered patent,we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q2:What is your terms of payment?
A2:For order less than USD3000, 100% T/T in advance. For order more than 3000USD, 30% T/T in advance, the 70% balance should be paid before shipment. (The buyer should be responsible for all the bank charge). We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.we accept paypal, TT, Western Union.

Q3:What is your terms of delivery?
A3:EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR.

Q4:How about your delivery time?
A4:he specific delivery time dependson the items and the quantity of your order.

Q5:Can you produce according to the samples?
A5:Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q6:What is your sample policy?
A6:We can supply the sample, but the customers nend to pay the sample charge and freight charge.

Q7:Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A7:Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.

Q8:How to proceed an order for led light?
A8:Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
  Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
  Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.

Q9:Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
A9:Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
