Can I get a sample for quality check?
A: samples are welcome and we will provide sample to you in 10-20days according the products and upon your confirmation.

What's your regular production time?
A: We usually need 45-55 work days to finish a formal order. It takes 10-20 work days for finish a sample order(not including customized version)

What's your warranty period?
A: We provide 2years warranty for most of our lightings.
What is the Payment Terms ?
A: Payment: T/T (30% deposit, balance 70% before loading).
