3D Printing SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) is an additive manufacturing process that uses fused powder to fabricate parts. In the SLS process, a laser is used to selectively sinter particles of powder. This process fuses fine particles of plastic powder or metal powder together (layer-by-layer), into a solid form. At TUOWEI PROTOTYPE, we provide clients with the choice of both material selections: (SLS plastic parts and SLS metal parts). 3D Printing SLS is used for prototyping functional components and small batch production runs. SLS offers design flexibility and design freedom, high accuracy and and high resolution, as well as consistent mechanical properties.
