If your time is enough,you can place order whenever you want.
Usually for a customized bulk order,pls place order 2-3 months before you display the bags in local(give enough time to confirm the details and cope with some unexpected situation ).
For Stock items,about 1 months if send by sea, about 20-30 days if small quantity and send by Air Freight.
